This is the worst supplier we’ve ever dealt with, and I feel compelled to warn others. We ordered 600 beanies, and they assured us the bulk would match the samples—this was a complete lie. They failed us twice, costing us significant money and time. Communication was atrocious. Mr. Derwin Zhown, our contact, consistently lied, avoided accountability, and failed to send the receipts we requested repeatedly. They scammed us on shipping, quoting an inflated price but using cheap, overly tight packaging to save themselves money, pocketing the difference. We’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve these issues, only to be met with deception and excuses. Their behavior is beyond unprofessional—it’s fraudulent. If I could report them for scamming, I would. Their lack of transparency and dishonesty is appalling, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
